My name is Paul Harned and I have worked in the Telephone Industry since 1973. I started with Southern Bell when they were part of the Bell System under AT&T. I moved to AT&T Information Systems when the Bell System was split up in 1984 and have worked for various other telecommunications companies including BellSouth and the new AT&T.
I am an independent consultant and customer advocate. Because I am independent, I can work for you without any outside influences and represent your interests in the chaotic world of internet communications. I specialize in identifying the best value for my clients.
My mission statement
"I will provide an honest assessment of my customer needs and represent their interests over any other vendors or service providers. I will endeavor to earn my customers trust and give them solid advice based on my experience in the telecommunications industry."
I believe in the “The Spirit of Service” that started with the telegraph and grew into the age of the internet. I still carry the values that the Bell System taught me and I believe that the customer should be treated fairly and with dignity.
