We own our own technology
There’s an important thing everyone should know about Business VoIP companies:
Many of them don’t own their own technology. They simply lease it from someone else, and then resell it to you.
There’s a big downside to this practice; It means that if something goes wrong, your Business VoIP company has to rely on someone else to fix it. So the company you thought you were depending on is actually depending on someone else.
